Pros
Great for Line level associates, terrible for salary management great for limited service, company is still working on how to operate full service hotels again benefits (with the exception of their terrible 401k program) is great
Cons
A full service hotel is run differently then a limited service, but don't tell the VP's Micromanaged from corporate office on daily tasks salaried managers are expected to work 7 days a week with no benefits (even 6 12 hour days with no additional 'thank you' - or on a slower week taking an extra day) saving money while running your staff into the ground is why there is a high turnover of management If you are female - depending on your property, the ceiling is real for you. Unfortunately, they are still working on having women in high positions at their hotels.
