      Pros

      The people are nice and they are very accomodating to schedule. The management is nice and so are many of the people that I work with. Commonwealth does to some degree value their associates.

      Cons

      Its very hard to advance. Its a rather small company and the benefits aren't the best. It seems like once you get in a position you are stuck there for quite some time.

In 2016 we implemented a new internal training program Commonwealth University, that provides our associates and managers the opportunity to increase their knowledge in order to give them more opportunities for advancement.       Can't think of any pros, they do really care about revenue!

      Cons

      This is the worst "management" company I have ever encountered. They literally took my passion and love for working in hotels and threw it in the trash. Never again will I work in a hotel because of this company.
