I am very grateful to the Office of Residence Life of Commonwealth University. They truly care about their team and make you feel seen. The benefits are amazing.

I honestly don't see any cons really it's a great environment

I really enjoyed helping out fellow university students, ensuring they succeed in the course that I assisted. The job has very flexible hours, decent compensation, offers great experience, and is a great resume builder.

The only cons with this job is that there aren't many hours. It would be nice if it was more in-depth, which allowed for more hours to help students.
