      Pros

      Good office environment. Plenty of support to start with. Decent salary. Good bunch of people.

      Cons

      Everything went well until I injured my back and now awaiting L4/5 Decompression Surgery. Rather than costing the company 28 weeks SSP I decided to resign. But despite my fairness to the company they did not pay my weeks notice.
