Employees are local management are great. Great for motivated people looking to grow and build a career.

You have to work everyday. Not a place for people that like to call out.

Decent work environment when there is plenty of work to go around. You can make good money with the unit pay system.

Hourly rate isn't great compared to unit based compensation. Lack of communication is rampant. Organization is lacking. 3-4 managers for every Splicer.
