Most of the time your peer coworkers are wonderful. The work can also be fun and fulfilling, depending on your role.
Cons
Management is antiquated and values bringing in new talent more than investing in or caring about those currently employed. You will not get a promotion here unless you are willing to push yourself to the point of burnout from doing the work of multiple people, and even then your odds are slim.
