The company closed in 2013 and I miss it.

Mission is fantastic. Provide members (all MA recipients, some dual eligible) w/ quality care using the most cost effective option. Feels good to help peaople & still help the community by saving taxpayer dollars. Really great culture & wonderful coworkers. New EMR is currently being produced to decrease frustration w/ documentation & increase efficiency.

Upper management is unorganized, which trickles down to Supervisors & teams. EMR is very cumbersome & time consuming. Difficult to find forms, guidelines, etc. Several processes still aren't streamlined & no care guidelines such as Milliman are used. Difficult to be efficient. Currently going through major cutbacks/layoffs while at the same time trying toconvince entitled members that they can purchase their own humidifier, tape weights to a fork vs requesting a weighted fork, ask family to bring them to appts or place tub strips, etc.
