Pros
I have learned a lot from this company and gain valuable experience. The prior CFO we had made the job fun with lots of contests parties and employee morale boosting activities.
Cons
With any job the environment can be toxic especially depending on what department you were in. There is always a ton of micromanaging and you really don’t get promoted within. Anytime a promotion is available they will hire outside or bringing a manager from another department versus giving an employee from that department a chance.
