Pros
Lots of opportunity to learn new things and expand work experience. Most of the employees have been with the company for 10 years or more. Doesn't get boring. Fast paced. Coworkers are great team players. Immediate supervisors are great.
Cons
Pay not commensurate with the heavy workload. Endless tasks on computer system, many of the tasks are busy work. Have to wear many different hats at the same time. Can be frustrating and feels like it's hard to get everything done and do a good job.
