Does their best to accommodate schedules/hours for DSP's, advancement in positions, competitive wages, PTO, benefits, 401K.
Cons
Not enough accountability for people that are late, calling out continuously, or overall poor performance - they keep getting away with it because we are so desperate for staff. Some are there for an easy paycheck.
