Pros
The interviewing committee seemed nice enough but after reading all the reviews perhaps they were just putting on an act.
Cons
Being hired on the spot. Who does that? That was a huge sign this was not a good company to work for. Also I was told about a mandatory training I needed to go to and I asked if I would get paid for attending. There was a long pause and the two people I was being interviewed by looked at each other. Then one said I will work it out so you get compensated eventually, I will see to it that you get clients right away. I also was told they wanted someone who when asked would do the extra, to me that was an indication that they wanted someone to do extra things and not get paid for it. When I read over the contract it was just awful! By the end of it I was wondering if working for them had any benefit to me at all! Something just wasn't right with the entire experience. I began to have second thoughts about working there and glad that I made the right choice not to even go through with working there for one day! I need to work and I am desperate but maybe I have just a little self-respect and knew this was not the job for me!
