Pay rate low cannot sustain gas expenses and cost of living.

You kinda get to make your own schedule.

Overworked, underpaid, bosses don't care about you. You don't make enough. You can make more at a fast food restaurant. Work load is not balanced. Work place bullying. You can go to your boss. But there friends so good luck. Staff is understaffed and underpayed. There interest in not in client. As long as thier alive and not dead. They dont care. They lie to the families. Theres proof in emails and text measges. If anyone would care to look into. Long hours because there understaffed. Directors sleep with staff .
