      Pros

      Everyone is as passionate about their job as I am about mine. That means everyone is glad to be there and give the company their best.

      Cons

      The company is expanding but trying to keep growth at a manageable pace; consequently, it's a VERY busy place.

      Pros

      -they will train you for anything they want you to do -very inclusive environment and very professional. -Training is very good, I have never felt off or lost in my job -Lots of opportunity for advancement -company is very responsive to issues within the company

      Cons

      -bus repair garage is short staffed, buses needing fixes are out of service for extended periods of time, leading to shortages of buses. -Drivers are very much on their own until help arrives if it is needed.
