Pros
I swear, there are zero pros in this company. None. It’s honestly impressive how an entire leadership team can burn through millions on projects that have absolutely no purpose. They throw money around like confetti while pretending it’s “strategic.” Meanwhile, the people actually doing the work are left dealing with the fallout of their clueless decisions.
Cons
Management? Don’t even get me started. Half the time they don’t know what’s happening inside their own teams. The other half, they’re scrambling to “fix” problems they created in the first place. And somehow, despite all this chaos, they still manage to look down on anyone working within Scribe like we’re the bottom of the barrel. Funny, considering we’re the ones actually producing results. And the remote managers? Absolute joke. A complete disgrace to sales. They hop on Zoom once a week, mumble something about KPIs, and vanish for the rest of the day. But they’ll be the first to talk down to reps or micromanage something pointless just to feel important. What really takes the cake? They hate when reps make more money than they do. It drives them insane. Instead of celebrating top performers, they try to rein them in, slow them down, or sabotage comp structures because it bruises their egos. Imagine being that petty and insecure.
