Pros
Quarterly updates by the CEO onsite at NJ Headquarters location, matching 401k plan, and great benefits and PTO. There are also holiday events that sometimes cut into work hours. On-site cafeteria has pretty good options and prices. HR does a good job of listening to employee feedback. CEO is friendly and is actually seen in the office.
Cons
Very large company, so it can feel like you are not making a big difference in the overall company.
