line managers were good and took time to listen to you troubles Freindly people to work with

Cons

Customer Support engineers burn out with the volumes of ticket if not than due to extremley demanding customers. Good support engineers will know that they can get better pay with less stressful work elsewhere and this can lead to more people leaving.
