      None to think of...really nothing!

      Cons

      Founder and CEO and not professional at all; was recruited out of a company that I was doing very well at....they promised me the world to move and did nothing.....then after 3 months decided to lay off all the RSM's....CEO has shown interesting behavior at times

      Great technology Partners are very happy Customers like the product and working with the company

      Cons

      All decisions are made by the CEO / owner. There is little to no autonomy. Though the company has been around for awhile, it's still a start-up type of environment.
