      Pros

      Working for this company has literally no value. These people are unprofessional con artists.

      Cons

      You’ll make half the market right in pay. They will send your CV out to dozens of facilities even if you’re not a good fit and don’t have the skill set required. And what they won’t tell you is that now contractually you are not allowed to work for any of those companies for two years. Everything these people do is shady stay away.

      Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

      Cons

      Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

      Pros

      Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

      Cons

      Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
