      Pros

      Creating IT Futures Foundation is the philanthropic arm of CompTIA. Among other things, they provide IT skills training. They work hard to provide people moving into the IT field with all of the skills they need to launch their IT careers.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any cons - this is a great organization doing great work!

      Terrific benefits, nice people, a wonderful team that works toward an important mission with programs that actually do what they say they do.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of a downside to working for Creating IT Futures. It's a pleasure to be a part of this team.
