Great working environment with a very supportive management structure. Lots of social opportunities to allow you to get to know your colleagues or just catch up with them as you are mostly out on different contracts. Opportunity to learn new products and skills to progress your career path with plenty of work diversity

When you are 'on the bench' (not currently working on a contract) this can effect your yearly targets even if though this is not your own choice.

From the get go I was welcomed into the team and given many opportunities. Since starting a few months ago i have been through the full Splunk certification track, given help when needed. With weekly meetings to see how i am progressing and feeling in the team and training i have been fully supported along the way. The outer team has regular nights outs, and meals ensuring no one feels like they are part of just one section of the company.
