Pros
You work out of your home office which allows you flexibility with family matters that may arise, i.e. children ill; doctor appts during the day; etc.
Cons
Promises of commissions in 4-6 months is greatly exaggerated. There are no benefits because you are a 1099 independent contractor. Once you leave, your prospective commissions are no longer yours; they belong to the owner.
