Underpays employees - overworks them. Compass fires people left and right - they will use the most insignificant excuse to fire you if they don't like you. Hours are insane - some folks work from 7 am to 10 pm - not always but it happens frequently. Weekend work is also a thing. Benefits aren't that great.
