      Large organization, many opportunities to move to different locations and/or sectors within the Company.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from leadership, little to no progress reports/annual performance reviews. As a woman difficult to advance beyond middle management.

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
