      I like to work for Compass Group because hey are open and engage. They enjoyed guiding and teaching and make efforts to shape me. I am lucky to get to work with them.

      Cons

      I would appreciate if they could provide more specific details about the objective of my job. Sometimes they are a little vague about the ultimate goal of different phases.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
