      Benefits, pay rate, m-f work week, food quality is superb

      Cons

      no comp days, limited vacation time per year (regardless of time in service in your field), no use of temp. staff so make do with what you have.

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
