      Pros

      PTO of 20 days/year (certain levels)

      Cons

      No increased PTO days until you've been there for 10 yrs, 401k minimally matched, very little flexibility. Ridiculous deadlines that often unneccesary and you maybe counseled b/c of potentially missing a deadline after having been out sick for 4 days!

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      long ish hours, lots of walking

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
