      Pros

      Great clients and the students are great

      Cons

      Connected upper management can run it almost as a criminal enterprise and get away with it. Harassment ugly calls at all times of the day and night. They will tell you what ever they need to just to get you in the door and once you are there, they work you to death.

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
