      Maybe the food, but clearly you’ll see that your coworkers may have indulged too much in this benefit.

      Cons

      The environment is incredibly toxic for what it is. The senior management is doing shady backdoor deals and funding their pocket. Everyone is near retirement and out of touch with the present.

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
