Pros
There is absolutely no pros to work for Compass Health, Crider, Pathways, or Royal Oaks Hospital. They take advantage of their employees as well as their clients. They want to take advantage of Medicaid and get as much billing as they can.
Cons
EVERYTHING not worth working there. The pay rate for your education level is crap. They pay the Peer Support Specialist the same as someone who has a Bachelors Degree, you go to College they went to prison or sold dope or nearly drank themselves to death so that makes them just as qualified as you.
