      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere- new workspace and lunchroom. Spacious work environment. Some people there are very nice and friendly to work with.

      Cons

      No raises. Layoffs every two years or so. Some co-workers and management have little to no social skills. President and COO has anger problems. Little to no benefits.

      Work was steady. Great direct manager. Positive reinforcement and thorough training.

      Cons

      Upper management cares little about regular employees and that they do all of the grunt work.
