Pros
- autonomy in my role
- good benefits covering a variety of things: healthcare, eye care, holiday, bonuses etc
- understanding management: if things are going on, they're there and supportive
- flexibility is there for those who need it / are able to prove they work well during it
- the business has changed A LOT in the last 12-18 months. Management have listened and noted improvements and the necessary steps have been taken to create a better working environment in general
- EOQ's!!
Cons
- it can be really hard work, but you get in what you put out so it balances itself out
- it isn't a 9-5 job at the end of the day. You may need to take an odd call here or there out of hours, but there is absolutely no requirement to do so. Taking a call at 6pm on a Friday could be the difference between a deal or no deal!
