Pros

Lots of amazing people who do their best considering the environment. Plenty of resources available and decent benefits package and pay. I thought this would be my forever job, but the change in ownership negatively impacted my experience.

Cons

The soul of this company died with the founder. Private equity ownership focused on aggressive growth with unrealistic margins considering the timeline. Totally transaction driven to get an equity payout for top executives.
