      Pros

      There are a few who are employed here who truly care about patients and their families well being. Pay is alright, benefits are standard, but mainly upper management appears to well compensated and given the adequate benefits to provide for a family.

      Cons

      Management loves to overwork their employees who over achieve and perform and never appreciate or reward their efforts. They don't pay enough for mileage, and wear and tear on your personal vehicle utilized to make them $$$. The culture shows favoritism based on race, gender, and cultural biases.

      Meaningful work, supportive team environment, opportunity to help families during difficult times.

      Cons

      Due to my compassion, it can be emotionally demanding at times and challenging to separate work from personal emotions.
