      Great initial training for hospice care consultants. Top notch. Sell to new employees the dream of changing the face of hospice. Higher starting salary

      Cons

      Mediocre insurance with high deductible. Compassus merged with Life Choice Hospice. If work in a compassus office you're golden. If in a Life Choice office be prepared for no sales materials, no book of business, skeleton crew office, high expectations for referrals out of desperation. My experience included poor nursing staff that considered hcc's cookie droppers.

      Due to my compassion, it can be emotionally demanding at times and challenging to separate work from personal emotions.
