Fast pace. Caring owners and providers. Very flexible with schedules. Room for growth. Higher end of pay scale for area.

Growing too fast. Needs better pay schedule and take experience into consideration and be consistent with pay schedule across the board.

As a new graduate, this job offered me a good deal of perspective on the career in a flexible environment. The company grew fast and dealt with some hardships, but executive management remained caring and supportive throughout.

Could tidy up organization within the company.
