      Pros

      - We have four offices, but it still feels like we are one big family - Immediate exposure to senior people at the firm and at our clients - Flexible work environment - Any level of the firm can openly share ideas

      Cons

      This is generally not a 9-5 job. In a client serving business, especially consulting, there will be late nights and weekend work but you will learn a lot!
