      They have a lot of competitive benefits, I would like to have to see a maternity leave package outside of the statutory one, I am unsure at this stage if there is but I know this company and they are constantly looking to be more competitive

      Pros

      Sold as an "out of the box" but customizable consulting solution. Consultants have to spend a lot of pro bono time shaping projects to meet client needs; if they stuck with what CCI expects/pays for, the client will be left very disappointed. BUT they pay decently and promptly, the work can be fun, and you get to travel all over the country.

      Cons

      Sales and support for field folks is nonexistant. No discretionary money for client entertainment. Senior staff is a bunch of cronies.
