Pros

Flexible schedule, depending on what department you are. This can be a good stepping stone, there are a lot of marketable skills you can gain, I wouldn't stay longer than 6 months. GET IN AND GET OUT. If you're lucky, you'll get a great manager and a great team, but those are rare here.

Cons

I truly don't know where to begin. I've spent 7 years in this pit. In the begging everything was relatively good. The pay was decent, I had a great schedule, and a fantastic boss. But this company is cheap, they've made tons of changes that don't make sense, and they make it clear they do not care about their people. We work so hard and the compensation does not match the amount of work we do. I have really come to care about the people I work with and I just couldn't stand to see myself or them being mistreated anymore. Training is a flat out joke. This job has a lot of moving parts and they expect people to be fully trained and have the hang of everything within a week. In addition to this, there is no room for human error. Be fully prepared to have your mistakes put out on display for the entire company to see in an attempt to shame you for being a human. My department in particular gets blamed for a lot, but there is ZERO accountability anywhere else. Running the show of shame is our Customer Service department. If you make a slight mistake, "OFF WITH HER HEAD!" For years a person in our Customer Service department would berate and belittle us at every turn...they just put that same person in charge of our entire department, instead of giving that opportunity to myself or many other talented people within the department. Now I'm stuck training him on our day to day duties because he doesn't know them. I REALLY want to make this point clear...they put the rudest person who finds pleasure in making others feel bad IN CHARGE OF AN ENTIRE TEAM OF PEOPLE... There is now ZERO diversity among leadership. They replaced my old manager with the aforementioned jerk and now all of the managers are white, but 80% of employees are minorities. The new CEO is a joke, he sends an email about diversity and COMPEX pride but the leadership he's chosen does not reflect the values his emails boast about. Oh and your raise is 15 cents if you're lucky Christmas bonus is a 25 dollar gift card... I doubt we'll be getting anything this year. During the 7 years, I worked hard, showed initiative and stepped up to the plate to lead countless times. My leadership efforts were not appreciated. Although I worked as an assistant supervisor I was never formally promoted or given a raise until I gave my two weeks notice. Suddenly after years of hard work I could get everything I wanted if I stayed. That's the kind of company this is. I could really go on and on about everything, but I'm almost finished here, moral of the story is: you can probably do better. TLDR: If you want to work for a toxic work environment with no room for growth then this is the place for you!

Pros

Working at this company has been an incredibly rewarding experience. One of the things I value most is the culture of self‑drive and independence. Employees are encouraged to take initiative and think proactively - something that has helped me grow both professionally and personally. The environment is also highly supportive of self‑motivation. Team members are trusted to manage their workload, set goals, and push themselves toward continuous improvement. That level of trust has made me feel confident in stretching my skills and diving deeper into responsibilities within my role. Another major strength of the organization is the abundance of learning opportunities. Whether it’s through on‑the‑job experience, cross‑department collaboration, or internal training sessions, there is always something new to learn. And of course, the leadership team deserves recognition. Our leaders are approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to the company’s success and the growth of the people who work here.

Cons

Workload can fluctuate. Some periods get especially busy, which can require strong time‑management. Varying communication styles can affect team dynamics. Constant evolving processes - certain systems are being refined so it requires extra flexibility and adaptation Lack of curiosity and self-drive will make day-to-day challenging.
