Pros

Their turnover is so wildly fast, you would probably get hired right away if you apply. You do learn a lot of marketable skills regarding working in an office, particularly about legal matters, making it a great stepping stone. The schedule is flexible and works with you depending on which department you get assigned to.

Cons

The pay seems great when you start, but quickly you learn that it WILL plateau at that exact starting point. It appears they love training new hires; it is their most favorite thing to do because they do not care to keep their current employees with seniority happy. You are replaceable and they make sure you know it. Management and the C-suite are a joke. If you have any important questions, say about payroll, they tend to just ghost you for days. They are very unwilling to work with you on anything of substance and it is something you learn right away. In fact, if you stick around longer than a year and stay past the first, sad, annual pay raise, you quickly learn it isn't worth to go above and beyond for them at all because they do not care. They may sing you your praises, but it is all sweet nothings. You get trained, and I use that word extremely lightly, incorrectly and when you do things incorrectly based on their training, they straight up gaslight you into thinking they never taught you to do things incorrectly and belittle you. I'd even go as far as they WANT to make you feel stupid so you can learn to say sorry for being human and making a mistake moving forward. Your workload increases constantly but your pay will MAYBE increase pennies. I cannot stress this enough: Just don't. Unless you have a 3-6 month plan and this is an interim job, just don't. Stay away from here if you value your self worth and your mental health.

Pros

Working at this company has been an incredibly rewarding experience. One of the things I value most is the culture of self‑drive and independence. Employees are encouraged to take initiative and think proactively - something that has helped me grow both professionally and personally. The environment is also highly supportive of self‑motivation. Team members are trusted to manage their workload, set goals, and push themselves toward continuous improvement. That level of trust has made me feel confident in stretching my skills and diving deeper into responsibilities within my role. Another major strength of the organization is the abundance of learning opportunities. Whether it’s through on‑the‑job experience, cross‑department collaboration, or internal training sessions, there is always something new to learn. And of course, the leadership team deserves recognition. Our leaders are approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to the company’s success and the growth of the people who work here.

Cons

Workload can fluctuate. Some periods get especially busy, which can require strong time‑management. Varying communication styles can affect team dynamics. Constant evolving processes - certain systems are being refined so it requires extra flexibility and adaptation Lack of curiosity and self-drive will make day-to-day challenging.
