The pay seems great when you start, but quickly you learn that it WILL plateau at that exact starting point. It appears they love training new hires; it is their most favorite thing to do because they do not care to keep their current employees with seniority happy. You are replaceable and they make sure you know it. Management and the C-suite are a joke. If you have any important questions, say about payroll, they tend to just ghost you for days. They are very unwilling to work with you on anything of substance and it is something you learn right away. In fact, if you stick around longer than a year and stay past the first, sad, annual pay raise, you quickly learn it isn't worth to go above and beyond for them at all because they do not care. They may sing you your praises, but it is all sweet nothings. You get trained, and I use that word extremely lightly, incorrectly and when you do things incorrectly based on their training, they straight up gaslight you into thinking they never taught you to do things incorrectly and belittle you. I'd even go as far as they WANT to make you feel stupid so you can learn to say sorry for being human and making a mistake moving forward. Your workload increases constantly but your pay will MAYBE increase pennies. I cannot stress this enough: Just don't.
Unless you have a 3-6 month plan and this is an interim job, just don't. Stay away from here if you value your self worth and your mental health.
