Pros

Nice people, flexible schedule although to a fault, lots of overtime available but that is more indicative of having to compensate for other people.

Cons

Everything else. The pay is low, and out of line with the high expectations. Nobody can realistically afford the medical benefits because of it. They don't even match 401K benefits. Despite, allegedly, being a "National Leader" in the industry. The schedule is flexible, but team members calling out will run rampant. So be prepared to compensate for team members who will call out or request time off multiple days over multiple weeks. The clients have way too much power. To the point that orders can be submitted any way they want. Making the work tougher and more time consuming at times. The clients practically have no restrictions, yet we do on our end. The training is poor. It is clear nobody is on the same page, and some management don't even know what to do sometimes. The system is a glitchy mess. There are multiple internal server errors that can make processing orders or research difficult to impossible. There is no interest in changing or fixing things or procedures. The CEO is a joke. He'll boast about how great the team is but it is all a facade in my opinion. One of the values of the company is "We Reward Performance", and that is a bold face lie. Only raises have been state mandated, with the caveat that there will be no merit raises. Not to mention no opportunities for advancement. He unveiled a Star Employee Appreciation initiative to highlight teammates who went above and beyond that quarter. This was back in September 2021, since then nothing. Apparently nobody from the production team was acknowledged. The biggest blow to me, was their fundraising for no shave November. They said they would match donations, they didn't. It just hit 2500 and the company contributed the remainder. If they matched donations like they said they would have surpassed what they raised. These ruined my opinion of the CEO and his attempts to make himself seem like he cares about the employees. He sent out two annual employee engagement surveys since becoming CEO. Both areas of improvement were the same. Nothing changed to resolve these issues. He doesn't care to make work better for employees. Just don't work here, it is not worth it. Might be good for a college kid transitioning for the workforce. Or for a short term position. But this is no long term position. It is the definition of a dead end job.

Pros

Working at this company has been an incredibly rewarding experience. One of the things I value most is the culture of self‑drive and independence. Employees are encouraged to take initiative and think proactively - something that has helped me grow both professionally and personally. The environment is also highly supportive of self‑motivation. Team members are trusted to manage their workload, set goals, and push themselves toward continuous improvement. That level of trust has made me feel confident in stretching my skills and diving deeper into responsibilities within my role. Another major strength of the organization is the abundance of learning opportunities. Whether it’s through on‑the‑job experience, cross‑department collaboration, or internal training sessions, there is always something new to learn. And of course, the leadership team deserves recognition. Our leaders are approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to the company’s success and the growth of the people who work here.

Cons

Workload can fluctuate. Some periods get especially busy, which can require strong time‑management. Varying communication styles can affect team dynamics. Constant evolving processes - certain systems are being refined so it requires extra flexibility and adaptation Lack of curiosity and self-drive will make day-to-day challenging.
