Pros
Learning everything and all you need to know about supplements, can sample product, Training is constant, decent discount for employees. No over night shifts. Not much else for pros.
Cons
Not a diverse environment, everyone is fake and the guys are all on steroids but pretend to be on the supplements they are selling. They brainwash you to tell customers the products are better then other companies when really they aren't any different. Most of the owners are pompous and act like they are better then you especially the KC and TX owners. They are extremely disrespectful to women who work for CN and I've even seen them make the women cry. Also, the owners and managers go out and party really hard and act like fools. There's definetly harassment in the work environment too. No paid vacation time or time off for managers and no benefits. They really drill you and question you if you even need 1 Saturday off. A LOT of micromanaging to the point it was unbearable.
