This is a pure technology company, with 70%+ Engineers. The company is solving really tough enterprise supply chain and operational challenges in several industries, but primarily in FOOD & HOSPITALITY, so there are always new challenges and what you work on from quarter to quarter will vary dramatically. For the space CMX operates in, they are definitely market leaders, and have passionate ppl and customers which is clearly how they got to the position they are in. If you are a self-starter, and can wear many hats this is a great place to hone (and showcase) your skills and really grow professionally. Overall very meritocratic and definite family / tight-knit feel, of a smaller start-up. Definitely a place to make your mark if you are up to the challenge.
Cons
Very dynamic environment where you have to wear many hats! Not a lot of "training" or "process" to come up to speed, so definitely need to be self sufficient.
