I would NEVER recommend anyone to work here. * TRAINING IS A JOKE. There is a reason that this position has a high turnover rate. Training is minimal, and you’re 100% set up for failure as soon as you start. Processes are constantly changing so you will get mixed messages during the little training you receive making it impossible to make any sense of the material or the program. * UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR IS EVERYWHERE. I’ve never worked with a more unprofessional group of people. The CEO curses during Zoom meetings and if that isn’t a huge enough red flag, you probably deserve to end up working here. * WATCH YOUR BACK. You can’t trust anyone and you can guarantee that you will hate working here.
