No cons, just changes as we advance in what we do. Change is always good!

GREAT CO WORKERS. The people that work here are fantastic and are extremely talented. The atmosphere is definitely a lot more casual than the usual corporate environment. The schedule is really nice too, 7-3:30. I can't emphasize enough how good the guys on the floor are and how hard they work. The projects we get assigned are pretty dope too.

Management needs improvement at the top level. Also, learn how to implement and ENFORCE proper processes. Makre sure when placing a person in a management role that they are actually up for the task and not just looking to cash in on a pay increase or the title change.
