      Management lacking true leadership, if your not in their drinking circle or have different opinions, they look for reasons to fire you. If they have none they invent some. Stay away

      Pros

      Always open to new ideas no matter who brings them to the table. Family owned and operated. Quite flexible and laid back.

      Cons

      Brooksville - the location is pretty isolated and unless you are comfortable with the Sun Coast tollway, it is a bit of a trip.
