-Pay is greater for every position here compared to other practices -Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with -Management has made so many improvements in the last few years -They go out of the way to help their employees; can tell they value those that want to work hard -So many learning opportunities and experience to gain here -There is room to grow

Once you leave here, you will learn to appreciate any opportunity you obtain in the future. Pay was decent, but not for what I went through in the short time I was with the company.

I felt sick going into work everyday, so much so to the point it started to affect my personal life (which was dwindling as I was working 11 hours a day everyday). Very high stress environment with insufficient training or guidance, being constantly chastised while expected to put out multiple fires with no real understanding of what the position is supposed to entail. I was expecting to work in an ex phys type position but ended up being a glorified towel boy for the few months I was there. Disrespectful management who constantly lost their tempers and made the environment even more intolerable. I ended up resigning with little notice, something very out of character for me but necessary for my health and luckily obtained an amazing career opportunity shortly afterward.
