Possibly good for starting a career but don’t expect any pay raises for years and years. Get your experience for a year and get the hell out.
Cons
Managers or Directors have no sense of any technical knowledge. Too much favoritism over skills by management. You’ll literally have to fight for your time off. Management has no directional sense to take company forward.
