Pros
The people, the good ones who are still left, are great to work with and are like a family; being able to work remotely.
Cons
Everything is a firedrill, Sales Teams and Executives are not held accoutable; no raises, no training, significant weekend, night work, and work on approved time off; poor planning, critical resources are significantly overcommitted by Management/Executives.
