Pros
they do advise you often of new positions within the company of other projects. The do keep you informed of what is happening. The are good at praising you for your work
Cons
The compensation is very low. The contracts say that cannot leave them until contract runs out which is strange. Also the contracts state they will not pay any overtime but they will send out off hour jobs to do. They state they have flat management but use there SME staff as management without compensating them tor the extra work load. Constant and monthly reviews are a little annoying.
