CompuCom lets you have the career you make for yourself. In the corporate environment, there are a lot of opportunities to raise your hand for more work and responsibility, ultimately allowing you to be in control of shaping your career.
Cons
There is currently a LOT of attrition. It is getting hard to stay motivated in an environment where people are dropping like flies. As an individual, you have to have a high level of initiative to keep pushing through.
